Summer Solstice Social Gathering

Dear Jefferson Center Members and Friends,
We hope that you can join us for our traditional Jefferson Center Summer Solstice Social Gathering on June 15. Please also bring friends who might be interested in the Jefferson Center and who might enjoy getting to know us better.

● Date/time: Sunday June 15, 2025 at 5 pm.
● Location: Home of Tony and Martha Davis. If you did not receive an Email invitation to this event, please contact Tony Davis (tonydavis0@gmail.com) or Joseph Graf (graf@sou.edu) for location and parking information.

Join us for good company, good food, and good discussions. Please bring:
● a potluck dish to share (main dish, side dish, or dessert) to share. (Helpful to also include serving implements if relevant).
● beverage: wine, beer, or something for yourselves and to share. Or, don't sweat this much, since there will be plenty.
● place setting (plate, flatware, beverage glass, napkin, whatever). Each bringing our own has worked well when we potluck in the Jeff Center, reducing our trash output dramatically, and we can reduce the cleanup duties for our generous hosts by bringing our own washable dishes that we transport out of their home back to our own home kitchens afterward. Use a reusable cloth bag to transport! Again, don't sweat this much if it is difficult for you. Unlike in the Jeff Center space, our hosts have extra dishes in their home!
