Primary tabs

Date:
Friday, August 8, 2014 - 7:00pm to Sunday, August 10, 2014 - 3:15pm

The first annual Ashland Green & Wild Festival will be held August 8-10, 2014 and brings together 7 acclaimed author-activists who will share their visions for a greener and wilder world. Through storytelling, poetry, lecture, music, film, and moderated dialogues, the festival presenters will address a range of issues: being temperate and finding one’s inner climate change; biomimicry and how nature is inspiring radical innovation; reclaiming your wild soul; nature as a spiritual path; reconnecting culture with nature; ecology, cosmology and social activism; and more. And beyond the dissemination of cutting edge information, the festival will be, well, a festival, a celebration of innovations and opportunities for making the planet greener, healthier, more sustainable, and more wild! In short, this is going to be inspiring and fun!

Location: Friday and Saturday at the Ashland Unitarian Church. Sunday location TBA. For event details and ticket purchases, see
